Our Kauai Rentals are privately owned and managed by us. The idea is to give you a choice between a variety of housing in a variety of locations and provide the security of getting what you want without the hassle of a huge management company. You can get the individual attention needed and have the convenience of immediate problem solving and extra care housing. We want to help you experience the Aloha spirit of Kauai and its special offerings. We will provide you with all the information you need at any time you need it.

Our rental policies

We require a 30% deposit at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due 10 weeks before guest arrival date, or immediately if booked less than 75 days in advance of guest arrival. Security deposit is not included in rent. Within 30 days of guest departure, the security deposit will be refunded less any extraordinary cleaning charges or damages. All properties are subject to availability, and rates are subject to change at any time. Maid service is available at an additional expense. Hawaii excise and accommodation taxes ( 12.42% ), security deposit, and normal out-cleaning charges are added to the rates list. We accept Visa, Master Card, travelers checks, and money orders. Please inquire for Christmas Rates and minimums Cancellation and Refunds All cancellations must be submitted to Owner in writing. If written cancellation is received by Owner and the unit is re-rented for entire reservation period, Guest will be refunded any payment made less a cancellation fee. If unit is not re-rented for entire reservation period, all payments will be forfeited. If a change in reservation is required, Owner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change and a fee will be assessed.
