Here your group can enjoy the peace and solitude of these two exclusive homes, accessed through a private and gated drive. Set on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean. Spot whales or dolphins from the living area, bedroom, deck , or studio, or view the mountains behind you. Enjoy an inspiring panoramic view, including Bali Hai.

Large solare heated salt water pool (18’ x 40’) and hot tub with waterfall overlook the ocean and mountains. Two covered outdoor lanais offer shelter from the sun while still enjoying the world class views and sunsets.

Mia Huna Main home: Offers an open and spacious great room with wrap around lanai offering fantastic ocean and mountain views. Extra large master bedroom with king bed, includes sitting and office area, and large master bath where you can relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the inspiring panoramic mountain views. Second bedroom offers a queen bed and full bath. Both bedrooms have ocean and mountain views and private access to wrap around lanai.
Lower level has ½ bath and laundry room. Sleeps 4.

Mia Huna Studio: Opens to private pool with waterfall and heated spa. Open airy floor plan with living area, galley kitchen, loft with spiral staircase, and large full shower bath and outdoor poolside shower. One bedroom with king bed and loft with queen bed and privacy screen. Sleeps 4.

Both dwellings are nicely furnished with teak and island style furniture, have fully equipped kitchens and outdoor grills, full laundry facilities, and the latest in flat panel entertainment systems, including free wireless/DSL service, and free local and U.S. long distance calling. Although not needed due to our temperate climate, ceiling fans, and tropical trade winds, there are A/C units for the main master bedroom and studio living area.

Property #2 - Kalihiwai Kuleana Oceanview Estate

Just a short 7 minute walk from Mia Huna Estate, this beautiful, spacious, custom Hawaiian plantation style home has an open and airy floor plan with tropical island décor. This 4.6 acre private estate, with other 3600 sq feet of living area, overlooks a lush emerald green valley with private stream, and spectacular ocean views. Share the experience of whale watching as you relax on the spacious lanai or in the 6 person hot tub off the deck overlooking the valley and ocean. Magnificent panoramic ocean views from the large kitchen, dining area, sunken family area, and master bedroom with its large Jacuzzi. Home includes a custom teak pool table.

Four bedrooms, sleeps 8. Main house has 3 bedrooms and two full baths with garden showers. Master has king bed, TV and large Jacuzzi. Other bedrooms have one king bed and one double futon. Private attached 450 sq. ft. studio has one queen bed, with living area, full bath, refrigerator, microwave, and private entrance.
